A medieval cast copper alloy buckle with an integral plate, probably from a spur. The frame is rectangular and has a wider outer edge. The narrower integral plate is pierced for a missing pin and is decorated with alternating diagonal lines. It has a scalloped trailing edge. The single integral rivet retains its sheet metal rove.
