A pottery rim sherd from an upright vessel such as a storage jar or cooking pot, probably dating from the Late Iron Age to Roman period.

The beaded rim extends smoothly into the steep wall of the vessel. The fabric is shell tempered, has a dark grey core and pinkish-orange surface with a small amount of vesiculation. The edges of the sherd show little sign of abrasion.
