A copper alloy finger ring of probable Roman date. The ring has a broad, flat circular bezel with scalloped edges. The shoulders are decorated with two ridges and narrow into a 'D' shaped band. The bezel is decorated with two concentric incised rings and seven irregularly placed punched dots. The bezel is 16.6mm wide and 13.1mm high. The band is 3.1mm wide and 1.7mm thick. The ring is 20.2mm in diameter and weighs 5.06 grams.
