Incomplete and abraded Roman copper alloy Colchester Derivative Hinged brooch, the pin, most of both wings and the lower part of the bow missing. The top of the head is flat and the there is median groove on the D-sectioned bow. Part of the iron axis bar has survived. Extant length 21.6mm. c.65 - c.100 AD.
