Thirty-four sherds of Roman greyware pottery, all body apart from two basal. Twenty-two are from the same vessel with narrow internal turning marks, sandwich fired with oxidised margins, buff interior and reduced exterior. Three other sherds are decorated with wavy combing. Weight 401g. Mid 1st - 4th century.
Found in clay filled linear feature cutting peat. Full details to be submitted in a report to the HER.
