A Medieval silver coin; a penny of Edward III (1327 - 1377), probably Florin coinage (1344 - 1351), London mint, Reverse type 1 with lombardic Ns. See North number 1113 - 1116. Part of the edge of the coin is missing and some of the legends are illegible. The coin is 18.8mm diameter, 0.73mm thick, 1.1g.
