A cast copper-alloy button of Post-Medieval date. It has a globular head that is D-shaped in section, with integrally cast sewing loop on the back face. This is oval in form with a central circular aperture. The entire object measures 11.03mm in length, 11.31mm in width/diameter, and 2.35g in weight. This button is of probable Post-Medieval date, c.16th-17th centuries AD
