An incomplete copper alloy object, possibly a stirrup, of Early-Medieval date. The objects is circular in section though the sides do not meet and appears hollow. Worn breaks are present to either end. The decoration on the bar consists of a closely spaced though crude cross-hatched design.
The metal has a dark green patina and is worn. The object is 23.7mm long, 7.9mm in diameter, 0.9mm thick and weighs 5.6g.
