A complete medieval to post-medieval cast lead spindle whorl with decoration on both sides consisting on one side of lines radiating from the centre outwards, and 3 pellets in between each line arranged in a triangle. The other side consists of a pattern of radiating lines from the centre outwards with a dot in each section and a cross. There is a circular perforation in the centre which measures 15.58mm. It is circular in plan and bi-conical in profile, with a wide rim around the circumference. It is slightly worn and the metal is cream in colour and dark brown in between the patterns. Its diameter is 28.12mm, it is 12.05mm thick and it weighs 38.79g.
