Probably D N CONSTANTINI MAX AVG reverse type depicting a laurel wreath surrounding unclear legend, possibly overstruck on GENO POP ROM or similar depicting a male figure standing, head left. Mint unclear. The coin is chipped with c.20% missing from the edges.
