Cast lead alloy Post Medieval uniface token. In plan the token is circular. There is a raised petalled flower design on one side commonly referred to as a "daisy" pattern (Powell type 1). The pattern is also widely found as a graffiti symbol particularly in ancient churches and is believed to have been used to ward off evil or bring good luck. The reverse side is undecorated. Circa 1500-1800AD
