A complete gold Medieval lozenge shaped brooch dating from the 13th to 14th century date. The object consists on a lozenge frame which is elliptical in cross-section and undecorated. The pin is secured around the frame with a collared aspect, there is no indication of a recessed bar to accommodate it. The pin runs across the entire length of the frame and has a tapering rectangular form terminating in a pointed tip.
