An undatable (but probably medieval to post-medieval) lead spindle whorl or weight, hemi-spherical in shape with a central piercing. The piercing is narrower on the flat underside (7.87mm) and wider on the convex upper face (8.14mm). The surface is in a bad state of preservation and any decoration is now lost. The underside has a shallow groove encircling it.
Measures 21.81mm in diameter, stands 9.17mm in height and weighs 20.29g.
