An incomplete Medieval cast copper alloy annular frame brooch. The frame is bevelled, on the outer edge it is decorated with tranverse grooves and on the inner edge with circular depressions, two of which have the remnants of a white paste. The reverse is flat. The brooch is broken roughly at the half way point. The recessed bar for the pin attachment is visible at the other end,
