A fragment of a cast copper alloy socketed spear head of Bronze Age date. It is a section towards the base of the spear retaining part of the socket and side flanges. It is too fragmentary for a very precise type to be assigned. The socket is circular. The body of the spear has a solid, circular sectioned centre with a flange set opposite another on either side. The overall shape is not discernable. No attachment loops remain.
