An unpatinated flint object, probably a core of later Prehistoric date. It has a small bulb of percussion and striking platform visible on a flat ventral face. The dorsal face has extensive parallel flake scars running in at least two directions, and with possible limited semi-abrupt edge retouch along one side. It measures 52.86mm in length, 32.48mm in width, 22.71mm in thickness, and 36.70g in weight. This is possibly a core rejuvination flake and is likely to date to the later Prehistoric period, c.4000-800 BC.
