Just over half of a post-medieval copper alloy double-looped buckle frame with a D-sectioned pin, both loops oval, with a small lobe at the ends of the bar. In the centre of the edge there is a quatrefoil lobe with three apertures, the larger central one of which is the result of miscasting and should have been double. This is not a very common type, cf. SF-196417. Estimated length 56mm. Width 28mm. c.1550 - c.1650.
