Incomplete irregular pentagonal copper alloy sheet with three slot-like perforations, one containing a "paper-clip" rivet, probably a medieval or post-medieval vessel repair. c.40 x 30mm, rivet 6.5 x 4.5mm. A larger rivet (17 x 10mm) may have formed part of another repair patch. Perhaps 14th - 17th century.
