A complete but worn copper-alloy lozenge-shaped harness pendant of Medieval date.
It is flat. At the top of the pendant is an integral suspension loop. This is oval, set at an angle of 90 degrees to the plane of the pendant and has been bent backwards. On the front face is lozenge-shaped field containing red enamel. The remainder of the decoration is no longer visible due to iron corrosion. The back face is undecorated and has further iron corrosion adhering to it.
This harness pendant measures 31.40mm in length, 26.80mm in width, 6.36mm in thickness, 10.53g in weight.
There is a similar example from London (Griffiths, Finds Research Group, 1986, p. 3, no. 3).
