A cast copper-alloy rectangular bar mount from the Medieval period, c.1270-c.1350.
The mount is D-shaped in profile ,with the in situ remains of a copper-alloy rivet at either end. The object has a dark green patina. Length of mount: 20.75 mm. Width: 4.14 mm. Thickness: 1.88 mm.
