A complete but misshapen post-Medieval cast lead musket ball (c. 1600-c. 1800).
The ball is sub-spherical with some pitting and is flat on one side, probably due to impact with hard surface. It is grey with traces of a light buff patina.
The weight suggests that it was used in a pistol (Harding 2012).
Diameter: 16.0mm. Weight: 14.61g.
