A complete and corroded Medieval cast copper-alloy horse harness suspension mount for a pendant (c. 1200-c. 1400).
This mount is generally 'T'-shaped in plan. The upper part is rectangular and has two projecting pierced lugs below. At the rear of the upper part are two integral spikes.
The mount is drab greenish brown and corroded overall. There is no indication of any surface treatment.
