A Prehistoric small flint flake dating from the Neolithic to Bronze Age period (4000 to 800 BC). The flake is broadly rectangular in shape with a point at one end which may have been used as an awl. The cross-section is roughly triangular. The flint is dark to mid grey in colour with some paler grey mottles.
