Three struck flint blades of later Prehistoric date. They have a combined total weight of 9.78g and are of probable Neolithic or Bronze Age date, c.4000-800 BC.
1) An unpatinated blade struck from a mottled grey flint and snapped at the proximal end. It is triangular in cross section and has limited, scaled, semi-abrupt retouch on both edges. This blade measures 40.43mm in length, 15.23mm in width, 5.57mm in thickness and 3.66g in weight.
2) An unpatinated blade struck from a mottled grey flint. It has a small striking platform and bulb of percussion, with parallel blade scars on the dorsal face. This blade measures 39.05mm in length, 14.21mm in width, 3.47mm in thickness, and 1.96g in weight.
3) An unpatinated blade struck from a dark brown flint. It has a small striking platform and bulb of percussion, is triangular in cross section and on one face of the dorsal face retains its cortex. The other face of the dorsal face has parallel blade scars. This blade measures 43.54mm in length, 13.66mm in width, 5.38mm in thickness, and 4.16g in weight.
