Cast copper alloy crotal bell dating from the late post-medieval or early modern period, that is the 17th-19th centuries. The bell appears complete with the iron pea still inside. It is decorated with moulded petals on the lower hemisphere but the decoration on the upper hemisphere is uncertain. The loop is integrally cast and square in shape, with a circular hole for suspension.
