In plan the scraper is a sub-oval and in profile is almost a semi-circular. On the dorsal surface there is re-touch across the surface and, along the distal end and sides there is parallel, linear, abrupt, re-touch. There are also traces of cortex on this surface. The ventral surface has a deep scars transversing the flake. The scraper is knapped from a opaque light brown flint. The scraper, with the striking platform at the top, is 20.83mm long, 23mm wide and 9.05mm thick. It weighs 4.8g.
The scraper, if that is what it is, may be a thumbnail scrapers and dates to the early Neolithic to Bronze Age, c.7001 to 1500 BC.
