An undated piece of silver.
The suboval piece is of flat section, with a plain underside and stamped upper surface. The nature of the design is uncertain and although largely irregular in appearance, most of the stamping is framed by three sides of a rectangular box. The level of black tarnish suggests the piece is of some antiquity.
