Post-medieval copper alloy buckle. Rectangular frame with rounded corners, drilled for separate iron spindle, only corrosion from which now survives, chape missing. Cast decoration on the upper face in the form of four lozengiform bosses in low relief with debased foliate motifs between. There is a pair of small rounded knops of each outside edge. Measuring 30 x 33mm. Late 17th - early 18th century.
