Roman silver finger ring. D-sectioned band with slight internal median arris, widening and thickening smoothly from the rear of the hoop to the front. There is a narrow moulding at either edge of the band on slightly less than half of the upper face of the ring either side of the otherwise undefined shoulders and bezel. External diameter 16mm. Internal diameter 11.5mm. Maximum width 5mm. Maximum thickness 3mm. Weight 1.9g. The simplicity of the ring makes close dating difficult.
