Gilded silver finger-ring that has an undecorated hoop D-shaped in cross-section. The bezel is made from a worn quatrefoil plate that has been soldered onto the outside of the hoop. The face of the bezel is decorated with an engraved cross dividing the bezel into four panels; more lightly engraved oblique lines emanate from one side of each arm of the cross, thereby dividing each panel in two and creating an impression of rotating movement.

Each of these has a quatrefoil bezel engraved with veins to resemble a leaf, however, and the precise detail of the decoration on this bezel is different.
