An incomplete medieval cast copper-alloy buckle and plate. The buckle frame is D-shaped and has two reels on the lip. The bar is narrowed and offset. A rectangular plate attaches to the bar. It has two rivet holes at the attachment end; it is undecorated. The surface has been silvered or tinned.
