An incomplete cast copper-alloy purse bar of Late Medieval to Early Post-Medieval date. Only part of one bar survives, the remainder of the object is missing due to old breaks, now worn.
The bar is cylindrical and undecorated. At the base of the bar are two integral evenly spaced circular sewing holes with the remains of a third.
This purse measures 74.64mm in length, 5.50mm in diameter, 12.22g in weight.
