An assemblage of 17 struck flint flakes. They have a combined total weight of 140.33g and are of later Prehistoric date, c.4000-1 BC.

1) An unpatinated short flake struck from a dark grey to black flint. It has a prominent bulb of percussion and striking platform and retains its cortex at the distal end. The flake measures 41.20mm in length, 36.33mm in width, 14.58mm in thickness and 18.14g in weight.

2) An unpatinate short flake struck from dark grey flint. It has a prominent striking platform and bulb of percussion and measures 47.15mm in length, 44.12mm in width, 13.28mm in thickness and 26.66g in weight.

3) An unpatinated squat flake struck from dark brown flint. It has a prominent striking platform and bulb of percussion, with cortex remaining at the distal end. The flake measures 38.97mm in length, 40.12mm in width, 10.49mm in thickness and 14.64g in weight.

4) An unpatinated and snapped short flake struck from a mottled dark grey flint. It has a prominent striking platform and bulb of percussion with limited crude edge retouch along one side of the dorsal face and cortex remaining on the other. The flake is snapped at the distal end. It measures 40.48mm in length, 44.51mm in width, 14.39mm in thickness and 18.52g in weight.

5) An unpatinated short flake struck from a dark grey to black flint. It has a prominent striking platform and bulb of percussion, with 40% cortex remaining on the dorsal face. There is limited crude edge retouch at the distal end. It measures 38.06mm in length, 29.71mm in width, 13.77mm in thickness and 12.23g in weight.

6) An unpatinated squat flake struck from a dark brown to black flint. It has a prominent striking platform and bulb of percussion. The flake measures 29.06mm in length, 31.99mm in width, 8.72mm in thickness and 7.73g in weight.

7) An unpatinated squat flake struck from a mottled grey flint. It has a prominent striking platform and bulb of percussion. The flake measures 28.14mm in length, 32.86mm in width, 7.22mm in thickness and 8.04g in weight.

8) An unpatinated short flake struck from a dark grey to black flint. It has a prominent striking platform and bulb of percussion, with cortex remaining at the distal end. The flake measures 34.86mm in length, 27.12mm in width, 7.71mm in thickness and 5.14g in weight.

9) An unpatinated and snapped short flake struck from a mottled brown flint. It has a prominent striking platform and bulb of percussion, with 50% cortex remaining on the dorsal faced. Snapped at the distal end. The flake measures 28.27mm in length, 27.22mm in width, 6.81mm in thickness and 5.15g in weight.

10) An unpatinated and snapped short flake struck from a mottled grey flint. It has a hinge fracture at the distal end, snapped at the proximal end, and with parallel flake scars on the dorsal face. The flake measures 29.01mm in length, 25.04mm in width, 6.87mm in thickness and 5.15g in weight.

11) An unpatinated short flake struck from a grey flint. It has a prominent striking platform and bulb of percussion. The flake measures 27.88mm in length, 18.09mm in width, 4.11mm in thickness and 2.15g in weight.

12) An unpatinated short flake struck from a mottled grey flint. It has a prominent striking platform and bulb of percussion. The flake measures 25.50mm in length, 22.61mm in width, 8.79mm in thickness and 4.66g in weight.

13) An unpatinated short flake struck from a dark grey flint. It has a prominent striking platform and bulb of percussion, and hinge fracture to one side. The flake measures 21.25mm in length, 21.67mm in width, 3.86mm in thickness and 2.15g in weight.

14) An unpatinated short flake struck from a dark grey flint. It has a prominent striking platform and bulb of percussion. The flake measures 24.58mm in length, 22.77mm in width, 4.88mm in thickness and 2.10g in weight.

15) An unpatinated squat flint flake struck from a dark brown to grey flint. It has a prominent striking platform and bulb of percussion. The flake measures 22.17mm in length, 27.54mm in width, 3.57mm in thickness and 2.02g in weight.

16) An unpatinated squat flint flake struck from a pale grey flint. It has a prominent striking platform and bulb of percussion, with flake removal on the dorsal face. The flake measures 18.19mm in length, 22.77mm in width, 6.08mm in thickness and 2.00g in weight.

17) An unpatinated short flake struck from a dark grey flint. It has a prominent striking platform and bulb of percussion, the striking platform being slightly patinated suggesting the flake was struck from an earlier flake. The flake measures 25.84mm in length, 22.27mm in width, 7.78mm in thickness and 3.85g in weight.
