Probably medieval lead deep plano-convex weight with a small blind hole in the centre of the ovoid base and a broad-armed, probably moulded rather than engraved, saltire or cross on the top. Height 15mm. Basal diameter 16.9 - 18.3mm. Weight 29.50g / 0.9485oz Troy / 1.0410 Avoirdupois. Perhaps more likely to be underweight for a Troy ounce. Perhaps 13th - 15th century.
