Post-medieval black-lacquer coated copper alloy double-looped buckle frame, both loops rectangular, with a grooved lobe in the centre of both edges and with a slight swelling on the front face at both ends of the bar. Cf. Whitehead 2003, no. 486 on which there are lateral lobes rather than swellings on the front face. Length 38.3mm. Width 23.5mm. 17th century.
