Incomplete medieval copper alloy spur buckle, broken and distorted D-shaped fram with three transverse grooves, broken D-sectioned pin in drilled pin hole, lobes flank a rivet-hole at the springing of a faceted D-sectioned bar broken across a second rivet-hole, terminal missing. Surviving length 32mm. Width 15mm. 2mm thick. See related types in Whitehead 2003, p.34. 13th - 14th century.
