A cast copper alloy object probably dating to the Bronze Age. The object is oval in plan and cross-section. It is slightly curved in profile. The central perforation is oval in plan with a slightly raised rim on the upper (concave) face of the object. The perforation has an internal length of 11mm and a width of 6mm. The object is almost complete however the edges have been nibbled away in places due to corrosion and possibly through movement in the ploughsoil. There are no forms of attachment. The object has a smooth mid-brown patina and is in fair condition.

The function of this object is unknown and currently a parallel has not been found however the patina of the object and its form indicate that it is probably of Bronze Age date.
