Distorted post-medieval copper alloy thimble with damaged top. Around a plain band at the base there is a single engraved line. An indistinct square maker's mark precedes a continuous spiral of trapezoidal indentations covers the sides and top. Height 19mm. Diameter c.17mm. 16th century.
