Incomplete post-medieval silvery surfaced copper alloy spoon, most of the ovoid-sectioned stem missing. The oval bowl, with a rat tail on the underside, is also incomplete, the distal end being missing.There is a high tin content in the alloy. Extant length 50.5mm. Bowl width 21.5mm. Length of rat tail 20mm. Stem 3.5 x 2.5mm in cross-section at junction with bowl. c.1660 - c.1750.
