A lead alloy cap from a Post Medieval powder measure. The cap is squashed and has soil trapped inside. It has a circular base of about 19mm diameter and walls which are about 13mm tall. One attachment loop survives; the other is broken off. The cap has a cream patina. It measures 26.5mm long, 15mm wide and 13mm tall. 12.1g.
