A flint scraper of unknown date, Mesolithic to Neolithic (about 9000 BC - 2200BC). The scraper is formed on a yellow grey flint which is opaque, but not patinated. It is sub-triangular; the distal end is a hinged termination and the scraping edge is formed on the right side and proximal end. It is sub-trapezoidal in section. The flake is secondary with long, sub-parallel, semi-abrupt retouch forming the scraping edge. Some cortex survives at the distal right side. It is 22.55mm long, 35.7mm wide and 8.8mm thick. 6.75g.
