Lower part of the bow of a Roman copper alloy Colchester Derivative brooch. There is a triangular aperture in the catchplate and a channel along the base of the flap, the latter feature indicating a Harlow type. The bow is of ovoid cross-section (2.4 x 2.1mm). Extant length 26.5mm. c.43 - c.80 AD.
