A copper alloy knee brooch dating to the period c. AD 80 to 300.

The object has a rectangular head in plan which is semi-circular in section to hold the hinge which is still present although the pin is not. The head is 22.87 mm wide and steps away and the bow is attached to the step. The bow curves outwards and downwards. It is quite narrow but it is 11.28mm in depth. The brooch then widens to form a square foot. Part of the catchplate is still present and is horizontal.
