A complete cast lead alloy token of medieval to post-medieval date. The token is flat and circular and is decorated on one side with a raised design of seven spokes radiating from a central pellet. Three concentric circles expand from the pellet. This design may represent a wheel. The reverse of the token is flat and undecorated. The metal is amid greyish-white colour and is worn. The token is 19.88 mm in diameter, 3.49 mm thick and weighs 5.2 g. Tokens with such simple designs are very easy to make and continued in use for a long period. They have a huge range of designs and could have been used for various purposes such as counting, gaming or possibly even as weights. A general date of circa 1250 - 1800 is commonly given for such objects.
