An incomplete finger ring of Roman date. The hoop of the finger ring would have been circular in plan, though has been misshapen due to deposition, with a D-shaped section which extends into a tall circular bezel with a recessed interior. Patches of red enamel remain within the bezel of the finger ring.
The metal has a mid brown green patina with dark grey areas near the bezel of the ring. The ring is 24.57mm in diameter, 3.3mm wide, 1.6mm thick and weighs 9.71g. The bezel of the ring is 18.01mm in length, 16.89mm wide and 3.66mm thick.
