Incomplete Roman copper alloy hinged Colchester Derivative (Dolphin) brooch, damaged enclosed wings, iron corrosion from the iron axis bar, pin missing. Broken D-sectioned bow with transverse engraved line above the remains of a broad rib flanked by multiple transverse nicks, foot and catchplate missing. Surviving wingspan 22mm. Surviving length 13.5mm. c.55 - c.80.
