A Medieval, cast copper-alloy harness pendant. The pendant is composed of a sub-hexagonal body with a single trefoil or fleur-de-lis radiating out from each of five of the outer cusps. Two of these trefoils are corroded and incomplete. The sixth, uppermost cusp has a transverse, raised collar, above which the intact suspension loop projects. The central area of the body contains a raised, integrally-moulded sexfoil with rounded projections. Surrounding this sexfoil is a sunken field containing the remains of blue enamel. There is a small dome-headed rivet through the centre of the sexfoil, protruding from both the front and rear faces of the pendant. There are traces of gilding over the entire front face of the pendant other than the enamelled area described.
