Copper alloy finger ring. A band of drawn wire, diameter 1.9mm, forming a loop of one and one third turns, possibly a simple form intended to resemble a snake ring. The grey tint may argue a high lead content, though greenish corrosion also attests the presence of copper. Suggested date: Roman, 43-410.
