A Roman copper-alloy nummus of Constantine I (AD 306-337). Reverse type 'PROVIDENTIAE AVGG' depicting camp gate with two turrets; one star. Mint of Trier dating to AD 326 (Reece period 16). It measures 18.8mm in diameter and weighs 2.4g. This coin has suffered some damage to its edge. Cf. RIC VIII, pg. 209, no. 475.
