Lead Bag Seal or bag closure. Cast disc of two halves clamped and stamped together with letters and numbers in relief on both sides, discerned in four and three lines. The seal has a slot on one edge opposite a bifurcated opening on the other to function with a drawstring fastening. The following transcription of legends is approximate as some characters may be Cyrillic, the seal probably having arrived with agricultural supplies from Russia.
